Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags and labels.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used bedding, pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers and towels.

  • Opened soaps, bath products, fragrances, room sprays and candles.

  • Custom-made, personalized or special-order items.

  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • An incorrect item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
