Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, we begin the production process which includes printing fabric and creating your item by hand.

Because each item is made specifically for you, production takes approximately 4 weeks before your order is ready for shipment.

Processing Times

Please allow up to 4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

Production times may vary during peak periods, holidays or promotional events. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be packaged and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and do not include the production period.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the matter.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and import fees imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
